All ingredients are selected exclusively from the rich heritage of local, km.0 and regional production. With great attention to the needs and preferences of all its guests, L’Olivum offers meat, fish, vegetarian and
vegan dishes.

The wine list is nourished by the land and sun of Tuscany, through an indepth research of the best wines of the region and the most interesting cultivation and production methods. Beers, soft drinks, spirits and liqueurs… also in this case, our selection comes from Tuscan companies.

Every day brings something new: we want your stay to be a window into the wonderful gastronomic treasures that Tuscany has to offer. For this reason, Olivum presents a different menu every day. Dinner package for our in-house guests: our packages include dinner every evening of your stay (except on the weekly closing day).
