Olivum is a place that fascinates and calms, and a journey into authenticity and goodness of the true Tuscan culinary tradition.

During the cooler months, guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the indoor dining room, immersed in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. In summer, tables are set outdoors, surrounded by our olive trees, offering an even more evocative and relaxing experience in close contact with nature.

All ingredients are selected exclusively from the rich heritage of local, km.0 and regional production. 

Alongside meat dishes, you will also find fish options, vegetarian proposals and vegan choices, designed to meet a variety of tastes and dietary needs.

The wine list is nourished by the land and sun of Tuscany, through an indepth research of the best wines of the region and the most interesting cultivation and production methods. Beers, soft drinks, spirits and liqueurs… also in this case, our selection comes from Tuscan companies.

Every day brings something new: we want your stay to be a window into the wonderful gastronomic treasures that Tuscany has to offer.  We will offer a limited-choice menu, renewed daily and created using fresh, seasonal ingredients typical of our region.
