Prices of standard and superior apts are intended for 2 persons ,prices of Caprifoglio and Le Palme for 4 persons, each added person will pay€15/day for short stays and €10/day for weekly stays. Children up to 14 years that stay in apt with parents do not pay any extra.
ANIMALS STAY: € 5 day/ for each one
ADDITIONAL CLEANING OF APT: € 12,00 / hour
ADDITIONAL LINEN CHANGE: double bed: €7 ; single bed: € 5 ; bathroom: € 3/person ; kitchen towels and tablecloth: € 3
Laudry: €5 for each wash.

Final cleaning does not include the kitchen cleaning, for which €25 will be charged in case it is not done by the client.
Please note: Mirto and Timo have daily cleaning only if not booked with neighbouring apartment

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non refundable down-payment. In case of cancellation: up to 15 days before arrival it will be possible to keep the down-payment valid for a future stay, until the end of the following year.
